Here you can explore my artwork by medium and style!

I created my first digital art piece at around fourteen years old, and ever since it has been a fundamental tool in my art creation. For me, digitality, as an artistic medium, is less time-consuming, more forgiving and makes it easier to get to the desired end result, compared to more traditional art forms.

For my digital art I use the FireAlpaca- digital painting software and a Wacoom Bamboo tablet.

Traditional style was of course my first love when it comes to art mediums, and still remains just as dear to my heart. I create traditional art almost daily in my sketchbook, often in the form of simple sketches, but sometimes also more detailed illustrations. There’s something more personal about drawing traditionally – you can literally feel the canvas and see the art coming for your pen. While it might take longer, it also feels more rewarding when it is completed!

For my traditional art I primarily use pencil, markers, ink, watercolor, gouache and acrylic paint.

Why choose when you can have both! Sometimes I also do some mixed media artwork by combining my hand-drawn outlines with the endless color palette of the painting software; basically picking my favourite parts of each process and putting them together!

My ongoing webcomic is mostly created using this method; First I draw the linework with paper and pencil, then scan it into to my computer and finish the page by adding colors, shadows, lights and effects in my drawing program.

I have always liked creating characters; whether for an actual project or just for the fun of it! My favorite aspect of character designing is to craft character groups and ensure each character is visually distinct and full of personality and lore, with the help of shape language, color theory and general associations between different elements.

Quite recently I have gotten into making narrated character design videos, where I turn different things and concepts into characters. This enthusiasm stems from my love for watching similar content myself; it’s just very interesting to hear the whole thought process behind a character design, and see how those ideas are executed in the final piece!

Here you can see designs from those videos, as well as character designs for my various projects, and some fan art.

Occasionally I also do animation/animatics and storyboards, usually to a already existing audio.

On my YouTube channel you can look into fan art- themed, but also to a more original types of videos, here are some examples of them!
